Job summary

Bradleys Both Community Primary School in Bradley, West Yorkshire, is inviting applications for an Advanced Teaching Assistant to provide classroom support across the EYFS and KS1. The role offers up to 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday, 07:30-15:30, working within a supportive school team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated colleague who can build strong relationships with staff, pupils and parents, uphold high behaviour standards and contribute to raising attainment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with EYFS and Primary age range.
• Able to work flexibly within a team and build relationships with staff, pupils and parents.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills for classroom support.
• Empathetic, patient and caring approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom support across EYFS and KS1.
• Work as part of a supportive staff team to deliver lessons.
• Assist with planning, preparation and resource management.
• Support inclusion and differentiation for diverse learners.
• Monitor and encourage positive behaviour and engagement.
• Attend to pupils’ welfare and safety during the school day.

Advanced Teaching Assistant to provide classroom support, working with our EYFS & KS1 children

Our supportive staff and governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Advanced Teaching Assistant who has experience of working across the Early Years Foundation Stage and Primary age range.
