About Early Years Ltd. is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in Nursery and Reception settings across South Manchester on a full-time basis. You will support young children with their learning and development, building positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Candidates with SEN experience and relevant SEN or Early Years qualifications are highly desirable, and personal care experience is an advantage. If you are passionate about making a difference, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an Early Years or school setting.
• Passion for supporting learning and development.
• Patient, caring, reliable and enthusiastic.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, teachers and staff.
• SEN experience is highly desirable.
• SEN or education qualifications are highly desirable.
• Personal care experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support learning and development in Nursery/Reception.
• Assist pupils with SEN as needed.
• Build positive relationships with children and staff.
