Job summary

Purosearch Ltd. is seeking an experienced RGN to join a beautiful nursing home in Wigan, Lancashire, as Deputy Home Manager (Clinical Deputy Manager).

The role combines hands-on clinical leadership with protected management time to ensure exceptional resident care and governance. Ideally, you will have prior experience as a Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, Unit Manager or Senior Nurse and hold an active NMC PIN.

Qualifications

The Role

As Deputy Home Manager, you'll support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the nursing home while maintaining the highest standards of clinical care, governance and resident wellbeing.

You'll lead by example on the floor, mentor the nursing and care teams and ensure residents receive outstanding person-centred nursing care.

Working Pattern

3 x Clinical Shifts: 8:00am-8:00pm

Every Tuesday: 9:00am-5:00pm Supernumerary
