Sterling Cross Ltd in Darlington is seeking a Clinical Deputy Home Manager to support the day-to-day running of a welcoming nursing home offering residential, nursing and dementia care. You will lead nursing teams, maintain high standards of clinical care and promote positive outcomes for residents.

The role requires RMN or RNLD with current NMC registration, plus previous nursing home leadership experience at Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse level.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration (RMN or RNLD).
• Experience leading nursing teams in a care home environment.
• Ability to maintain high standards of clinical care and governance.
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work; no visa sponsorship.

About You:

• Registered Nurse (RN Mental Health or RN Learning Disabilities) with current NMC registration
• Previous experience working in a nursing home environment
• Experience at Clinical Lead, Unit Manager, Senior Nurse or a similar leadership level within a nursing home
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work; please note that this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
