Job summary

Flow Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Nursery Room Leader in the UK. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of your allocated room, ensuring the highest standards of care and Early Years learning.

You will lead by example, mentor staff, and foster a warm environment where children feel secure and motivated to reach their potential. The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, EYFS knowledge, and a passion for outstanding experiences.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)
• Experience in an Early Years setting
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS
• Passion for delivering outstanding care and learning experiences
• Leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of your allocated room, ensuring high standards of care, learning and development.
• Lead by example, support and mentor colleagues, and create a nurturing environment where children feel happy, safe and inspired to reach their full potential.
