Job summary

Flow Recruitment is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to manage the day-to-day running of an allocated room, ensuring high standards of care, learning and development.

You will lead by example, mentor staff and create a nurturing environment where children feel happy, safe and inspired to reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent).
• Experience in an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS.
• Passion for delivering outstanding care and learning experiences.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children.
