Job summary

Flow Recruitment in Ascot is looking for a Nursery Room Leader to manage the day-to-day running of your allocated room, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning and development are maintained. You will lead by example, mentor colleagues and create a warm, supportive, safe environment where children can flourish.

Candidates should hold NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent), have Early Years experience, solid EYFS knowledge, a passion for outstanding care and a commitment to
