Job summary

Flow Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Nursery Room Leader to oversee daily operations of an Early Years room, ensuring exceptional care, learning and development for children.

You will mentor staff, uphold safeguarding commitments and promote a warm, inspiring environment where children can grow, learn, and feel secure and valued.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent) is required.
• Experience in an Early Years setting is essential.
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS is required.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of your allocated room to maintain high standards of care, learning and development.
• Lead by example, mentor colleagues and create a nurturing environment for children to thrive.
• Support and supervise the team to deliver outstanding care and learning experiences.
