Job summary

Flow Recruitment is seeking a Nursery Room Leader for a client nursery. You will manage daily operations in your allocated room, ensuring exceptional care and development for children, while mentoring team members and maintaining a supportive, positive environment.

The role focuses on leadership, safeguarding, and delivering outstanding early years experiences in a warm, engaging setting.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of your allocated room with high standards of care and development.
• Support and mentor colleagues and create a nurturing environment for children.
