Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to oversee the day-to-day running of the allocated room, ensuring high standards of care, learning and development.

The Role

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification)
• Experience working within an Early Years setting
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS
• A passion for delivering outstanding care and learning experiences
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
