Job summary

Chelmsford College is seeking a passionate Level 3 Nursery Room Leader to join our warm, supportive early years team in Chelmsford. You will lead a small room, deliver high-quality care and education, and guide a dedicated team to create engaging learning experiences for children aged 1 to 11 years.

The role requires a Level 3 Early Years qualification and strong leadership, organisational and relationship-building skills.

Are you a passionate Early Years professional who loves helping children learn, grow and thrive? We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Room Leaders to join our friendly and nurturing nursery team.

As a Room Leader, you'll play a key role in guiding a small team to deliver outstanding care and education while ensuring your room provides a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment where every child feels valued and supported.

No two days are ever the same. One moment you may be leading a woodland adventure, hunting for bears and hidden treasures, and the next you could be exploring outer space through imaginative play. You'll help create those magical "wow" moments that make children excited to learn, discover and belong.
