Flow Recruitment in Birkenhead is seeking a passionate Nursery Room Leader to manage a designated room, uphold high standards of care, learning and development, and mentor colleagues. You will lead by example, safeguarding children, guiding daily routines, and maintaining strong communication with families to support every child’s progress.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)
• Experience in an Early Years setting
