Job summary

Flow Recruitment is seeking a Nursery Room Leader in Amersham to manage the day-to-day running of the allocated room and ensure the highest standards of care, learning and development. You will lead by example and mentor colleagues to create a nurturing environment where children flourish.

You will need NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent) and solid EYFS knowledge, with a passion for delivering outstanding care and learning experiences in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification).
• Experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS.
• A passion for delivering outstanding care and learning experiences.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
