Willing Care Ltd in Watford is seeking a caring Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences and wants to make a positive difference in a family-run setting. The role focuses on happiness, learning and development, with play-based activities in a warm, nurturing environment.

You will plan and deliver creative activities, observe progress, support routines, and work with the nursery team to maintain safeguarding and high standards.

We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences and wants to make a positive difference within a supportive, family-run setting. Up to £30,000 per Annum (Dependent on Experience and Qualifications) | 40 Hours per Week Are you a passionate Nursery Practitioner looking to join a welcoming, family-run nursery where children's happiness, learning and development are at the heart of everything? This lovely Early Years setting offers a warm, nurturing environment where children are encouraged to explore, discover and flourish. With a strong focus on learning through play, the nursery provides opportunities for children to develop their confidence, independence and curiosity at their own pace. Both the indoor and outdoor learning spaces have been thoughtfully designed to inspire creativity, encourage exploration and provide meaningful experiences that support every child's individual development.

• Salary up to £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications
