Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Nursery Practitioner at Level 2 or 3 to deliver high-quality early years care in a nurturing setting. The role emphasizes EYFS-aligned activities, safeguarding, and developing children's independence.

The successful candidate will plan and implement play-based learning, observe progress, and collaborate with parents and the team to support every child’s development.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Experience in a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and child development.
• Ability to plan and support engaging, age-appropriate activities.

Nursery Practitioner – Level 2 or 3

Up to £29,000 per Annum (Dependent on Qualifications) | 40 Hours per Week | Monday to Friday

Set within a beautifully converted building, this nursery offers a genuine home-from-home atmosphere, with spacious indoor learning areas and fantastic outdoor spaces that encourage creativity, independence and learning through play.

The nursery also features a dedicated sensory room, providing opportunities for children to explore different textures, sounds and experiences, alongside a welcoming pre-school room focused on developing the confidence and skills children need for their transition to school.

We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and supporting every child's individual development.

What We're Looking For

• A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification – essential
• Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
• Good understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development
• Confidence planning and supporting engaging, age-appropriate activities
• A passion for child-led learning and encouraging children's independence
• A warm, patient and nurturing approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
