Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join an experienced Early Years team in London. The role focuses on play-based learning, meaningful interactions, consistent routines and high-quality childcare.

You will work in a calm, welcoming setting that supports each child’s pace and development, while building strong relationships with families and colleagues.

Qualificações

• Qualified Level 3 in Nursery Practitioner (UK EYFS setting).
• Experience with play-based learning is preferred.
• Understanding of safeguarding policies and DBS requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
• Plan and support engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play.
• Create a safe, calm and nurturing environment where children feel secure and valued.
• Follow consistent daily routines while responding to children's individual needs.
• Encourage children's confidence, independence and social development.
• Observe, assess and record children's developmental progress.
• Support children in exploring their interests and developing new skills.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers, sharing updates on their child's development.
• Work collaboratively with experienced colleagues to maintain high standards of care.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies.

Up to £31,000 per Year | Permanent Position

Set within a beautiful Grade II listed building, this nursery offers a calm, welcoming and thoughtfully designed environment where children can feel comfortable, confident and ready to explore.

We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join an experienced Early Years team that values meaningful interactions, consistent routines and high-quality childcare. With a strong focus on play-based learning, the nursery encourages children to develop at their own pace, giving them the time, attention and support they need to thrive.

This is a lovely opportunity for a Practitioner who enjoys being part of a supportive team and wants to work in a setting where children's individual needs and development are at the heart of everyday practice.
