Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Nursery Practitioner at Level 2 or Level 3 for a charming, character-filled nursery in Tottenham. The role is full-time, all year round, with a salary of £27,000–£30,000 depending on experience.

You will support EYFS learning, plan play-based activities, promote outdoor exploration, and build strong relationships with children and parents.

All appointments require safer recruitment checks and an enhanced DBS.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification – essential
• Previous nursery or Early Years experience
• Good understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development
• Confidence delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Passion for child-led learning and outdoor exploration
• Warm, patient and nurturing approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
• Plan and support engaging, play-based learning experiences
• Encourage children's confidence, independence and individual development
• Make the most of the nursery's dedicated learning rooms and extensive outdoor gardens
• Create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment
• Observe, assess and record children's developmental progress
• Support children's daily routines and individual care needs
• Build positive relationships with parents, carers and colleagues
• Work collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain high standards of care

We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who is passionate about Early Years education and enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences in a nurturing environment.
