Willing Care Ltd in London seeks a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to inspire children's curiosity and support their independence in a thoughtfully designed environment. You will provide high-quality care and EYFS-based learning experiences, observe progress, and work closely with colleagues to uphold high standards.

Formación

• Level 3 Nursery Practitioner qualification.
• Knowledge of EYFS and play-based learning.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities that encourage curiosity and discovery.
• Support children's confidence, independence and development.
• Create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children feel valued.
• Observe, assess and record children's developmental progress.
• Build positive relationships with parents, carers and colleagues.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain high standards of care.

This welcoming Early Years setting has been carefully created to support every stage of children's learning and development. With cosy, inviting rooms, natural learning resources and plenty of space to explore, children are encouraged to follow their interests, develop confidence and discover new skills through play. The nursery also benefits from fantastic outdoor spaces, offering opportunities for children to connect with nature, enjoy physical activities and develop their creativity and independence. We're looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences and wants to be part of a supportive team where both children and practitioners are encouraged to flourish.
