Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a Good Ofsted-rated nursery in Hemel Hempstead. The role focuses on nurturing children's early years learning through playful, child-centred activities in a safe and supportive environment.

You will provide high-quality care in line with EYFS, build trusting relationships with children and parents, observe progress, and contribute to safeguarding and daily routines.

Qualifications

• Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent required.
• Passion for children's development and playful learning.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children and families.
• Safeguarding awareness and DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
• Plan and support engaging, play-based learning experiences.
• Encourage children’s confidence, independence and development.
• Create a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment.
• Support daily routines and individual care needs.
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers and colleagues.
• Observe, assess and record children's developmental progress.
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety and nursery procedures are followed.

£28,000 per Annum | 40 Hours per Week | Monday to Friday

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a well-established, Good Ofsted-rated nursery where children are encouraged to learn, explore and develop their confidence in a safe and nurturing environment.

The nursery focuses on providing high-quality, personalised care, with engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s individual interests and developmental needs. Through meaningful play experiences and consistent routines, children are encouraged to build independence, develop new skills and enjoy their Early Years journey.

We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Practitioner who enjoys creating positive learning experiences and wants to be part of a supportive team that values professional development and career progression.

Supporting Children’s Learning and Development

• Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
