Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a motivated Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3) for a friendly setting in the United Kingdom. The role involves delivering high-quality care and play-based learning within an EYFS framework, in a cosy nursery environment surrounded by green spaces.

The successful candidate will plan activities, observe progress, and work with the team to support children's confidence and development.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner qualification.
• Experience with EYFS
• Commitment to safeguarding and safe practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences.
• Encourage children's confidence, independence and curiosity.
• Make the most of the nursery's natural resources and thoughtfully designed learning spaces.
• Support children's individual interests and developmental milestones.
• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress.
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery procedures.

Up to £29,900 per Annum | 40 Hours per Week

The nursery itself has a cosy, homely feel, with natural materials and thoughtfully designed learning spaces that encourage curiosity, creativity and independence. Every area has been created with children's development in mind, giving them opportunities to discover new interests, develop skills and learn through play.

We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a supportive Early Years team that values meaningful interactions, child-led learning and high-quality childcare.
