Willing Recruitment is assisting an Ofsted Outstanding nursery in Stanmore to recruit a qualified Nursery Practitioner at Level 3. The role focuses on delivering high-quality early years care across all rooms and making the most of vibrant outdoor spaces to support EYFS development.

Candidates should have a Level 3 Early Years qualification, experience in a nursery, and a passion for delivering outstanding practice.

Nursery Practitioner – Level 3 Essential

Salary: Up to £29,200| Full-Time, 40 hours per week | All Year Round | Ofsted Rating – Outstanding

Our client is an Ofsted Outstanding nursery and the environment reflects it. Bright, beautifully designed rooms sit alongside large, carefully considered outdoor play areas that incorporate sensory spaces and that have been designed with all the areas of learning in mind. They are now looking for a qualified and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join their team and contribute to the Outstanding standard this nursery is rightly proud of.

What Our Client Is Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification - this is an absolute minimum requirement and non-negotiable
• Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• A thorough understanding of EYFS and early childhood development
• Warm, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about delivering outstanding early years practice
• Reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining the highest standards

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality, age-appropriate care and early years education across the nursery's rooms
• Making full use of the nursery's outstanding outdoor spaces, including sensory areas, to enrich children's learning
• Planning and implementing engaging activities in line with EYFS that support babies, toddlers, and pre-school children
• Observing and documenting children's development, sharing progress meaningfully with families
• Building warm, consistent relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Upholding and contributing to the nursery's Ofsted Outstanding standards every single day
