Job summary

HealthJobs4U Ltd is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly nursery team in the East Midlands. The role focuses on creating a safe, stimulating environment and delivering engaging activities to support early learning.

You will work with parents and colleagues to ensure high standards of care, develop children’s development, and maintain EYFS compliance. Salary is £12.71–£13.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• A strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring, patient, and organised approach.
• A genuine passion for providing high-quality childcare and education.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate activities that support children’s learning and development.
• Promote children’s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development.

• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Support the smooth running of daily nursery routines.
• Ensure compliance with EYFS requirements, safeguarding procedures, and nursery policies.
