About the Role

Delivery of our play‑based N Curriculum, ensuring every child thrives.  Coaching, training and performance management of the team.  Building strong partnerships with families and the local community.  Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, safeguarding and Ofsted compliance.  Monitoring quality and implementing continuous improvement plans.

Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience within early years education, ideally in a managerial role for at least 2 years.
  • Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant).
  • Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh).
  • A genuine passion for early years education and team development.
  • Level 3 Nursery Practitioner experience (preferred).
