Job summary

Willing Care Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a caring Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a supportive Early Years team. This role focuses on child-led learning, high-quality childcare and meaningful interactions in a nurturing environment.

The position is full-time (40 hours per week) in Chelmsford, offering up to £29,900 per annum with excellent benefits and a cosy nursery environment surrounded by green spaces for exploration and development.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner qualification.
• Safeguarding checks including enhanced DBS are required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a nursery team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences.
• Encourage children's confidence, independence and curiosity.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress.
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery procedures.
