Willing Care Recruitment Limited is helping a Good Ofsted-rated nursery in Haslemere recruit a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. This welcoming setting encourages children to learn through play, exploration, and outdoor adventures, supported by a bright, spacious environment and a garden.

The role focuses on planning EYFS activities, supporting children's development, observing progress, and maintaining safeguarding standards.

Responsibilities

• Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and develop with confidence
• Planning and delivering stimulating activities in line with the EYFS, making the most of the nursery's outdoor spaces and forest school sessions
• Building positive relationships with children and supporting their emotional, social, and developmental needs
• Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress, sharing updates with families where appropriate
• Supporting children's independence through play-based learning and everyday routines
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education
• Ensuring the nursery remains a safe, clean, and welcoming environment while following safeguarding and health and safety procedures
