• Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities that encourage curiosity and creativity
• Use natural and open-ended resources to support imagination, exploration and problem-solving
• Encourage outdoor learning and physical development in the nursery's garden
• Create a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment for children
• Observe, assess and record children's developmental progress
• Support children's independence, communication and social skills
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers, sharing updates
• Work with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies
