Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a caring Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a Good Ofsted-rated nursery in the United Kingdom. You will deliver high-quality care and early years education in line with the EYFS, planning play-based activities to foster curiosity and creativity, and encouraging outdoor learning in a spacious garden.

The role is full-time (40–45 hours per week) with a salary up to £30,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner.
• Understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Ability to observe, assess and record children's development.
• Strong communication with parents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

This lovely Good Ofsted-rated nursery offers spacious, naturally lit rooms, thoughtfully chosen learning resources and a large garden where children can discover, play and develop their confidence.

We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a dedicated Early Years team that is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences.

Supporting Children's Learning and Development

• Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities that encourage curiosity and creativity
• Use natural and open-ended resources to support children's imagination, exploration and problem-solving
• Encourage outdoor learning and physical development in the nursery's large garden
• Create a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment where children feel confident and supported
• Observe, assess and record children's developmental progress
• Support children's independence, communication and social skills
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers, sharing updates on their child's development
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain the nursery's high standards of care and education
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies
