• Salary: Up to £27,394 (Dependent on Experience)

What will Nursery Practitioner be doing
- Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
- Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children.
- Ensure that all children attending the nursery receive rich and stimulating experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development.
- Prepare and support children’s activities.
- In the absence of the Team/Room Leader maintain effective day-to-day management of the environment.
- Contribute to ensuring that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Support and mentor students and un-qualified staff to ensure delivery of high-quality childcare practice.
Qualifications
- Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ in Early Years (or equivalent).

- Competitive pay: £27,394 per annum (DOE).
- Flexible working with the option to work: 40 hours across 5 days; 40 hours across 4 days; 30 hours over 3 days; or split shifts/part-time arrangements.
