Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) in Camberley. You will deliver high-quality care and education aligned with the EYFS, fostering children’s confidence and independence.

The nursery offers year-round outdoor learning, a school readiness programme, and a supportive team. Salary is £27,000–£33,000 per year, full-time, with benefits including discounted childcare and enhanced parental leave.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 EY qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience in an early years setting.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and provide engaging activities that support children's learning, confidence, and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support their individual learning journeys.
• Make full use of indoor and outdoor learning environments to create exciting, play-based experiences.
• Support children as they develop school readiness through the nursery programme.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment with safeguarding, health and safety practices.

Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3)

Recently refurbished, the nursery offers bright, airy rooms that have been carefully designed to inspire curiosity and support every stage of children's development.

Outside, children benefit from a fantastic outdoor environment that’s accessible throughout the year, allowing them to enjoy fresh air, active play, and hands‑on learning in every season. The nursery also delivers a dedicated school readiness programme, helping children build the confidence, independence, and key skills they’ll need for a smooth transition into primary education.

As a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you'll join a welcoming and supportive team that's passionate about providing exceptional care and creating meaningful learning experiences for every child.

What We're Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working within an early years setting.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
• A caring, enthusiastic, and nurturing approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
