Nara Charlbury Nursery in Oxfordshire is seeking a dedicated early years practitioner to join our warm team. In this full-time role you’ll plan activities, observe progress, and provide personal care for children, delivering the Storal curriculum with empathy and play-based learning.
If you hold an Early Years qualification (Level 2/3) and have experience across age groups, you’ll fit right in. Our settings are nurturing, safety-first environments where families are welcome and every moment
Hours: Full Time, 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday

You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children. Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily. Whilst seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions. Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments. You’ll also deliver high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.
You’ll be joining Nara Charlbury Nursery team, who have an incredibly important job of supporting children’s development. You’ll be a key part of every child’s journey, keeping our children safe, loved and inspired through play-based learning. Our nurseries are warm and nurturing environments that not only support children to be ready for school but also equip them with all the life skills they need to flourish and succeed.
