Job summary

Storal Learning Ltd is seeking a dedicated Nursery Educator for Nara Charlbury Children’s Nursery. In this full-time role, you will nurture children's development by planning activities and providing high levels of care and empathy, ensuring their safety and inspiration through play-based learning.

The successful candidate will have an Early Years qualification at Level 2/3 and experience working with young children. Join a warm, nurturing environment that supports children's readiness for school and cultivates essential life skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2/3 qualification in Early Years education or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in Early Years settings across all age groups.
• Familiarity with the EYFS framework is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver educational activities in line with the Storal curriculum.
• Manage personal care and observe children's progress.
• Create meaningful connections with children and their families.

Skills

Early Years qualification at Level 2/3

Hours: Full Time, 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to £13.70 per hour based on experience and qualifications

How you’ll spend your time here

You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children, applying the Storal curriculum and our pedagogy principles to our children daily.

Whilst seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions, bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments. You’ll also deliver high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.

We’d love to talk to you if you have the following

• An Early Years qualification at Level 2/3
• Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous
