Job summary

Petersfield, United Kingdom — JEM Childcare Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a large, busy nursery in Petersfield.

The role is a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with a salary up to £50k depending on experience and qualifications. Lots of great benefits, including onsite parking, await the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant).
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in early years, including 2 years’ in a management or team-leading role.
• Experience leading or supporting Ofsted inspections.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety practices.
• Experience managing nursery teams, occupancy, and budgets.
• Deliver high‑quality care and learning while ensuring compliancewith statutory requirements

Our clients beautiful countryside Nursery in Petersfield, is now seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to oversee the day to day operations of this large and busy Nursery. You will need to be experienced in running a large setting, have taken a nursery through an Ofsted Inspection at Good or Outstanding standards, have experience in working with our ethos - Reggio Emilia. A 40 hr week, Monday to Friday, with salary up to £50k depending on experience and qualifications.
