Job summary

JEM Childcare Solutions is seeking a Nursery Area Manager to support settings in Nottingham, Northampton and surrounding areas. You will work with the COO and Directors to guide Nursery Managers in daily operations, ensuring high standards in quality, safeguarding, curriculum, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires multi-site support experience, a valid car license, and a passion for growing the nursery group. Salary is up to £60k depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant).
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in early years, including 2 years in a management or team-leading role, and at least 1 year across multiple settings.
• Experience leading Ofsted inspections.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety practices.
• Experience managing nursery teams, occupancy, and budgets.
• Car Driver

Responsibilities

This lovely growing Nursery Provider is now looking for a Nursery Area Manager to support settings based in the Nottingham, Northampton and surrounding areas. Working alongside the COO and Directors you will manage and support the Nursery Managers in their day to day running of their settings, together with focusing on quality, safeguarding, curriculum, compliance, and supporting in Ofsted Inspections.

You will need to have experience of multi - site setting support, a car driver, and passionate about supporting the team in the growth of the Nursery Group. Salary is up to £60k depending on experience.
