Job summary

JEM Childcare Solutions Limited is seeking a Senior Nursery Manager to support three settings in Chorley and surrounding areas. The role covers compliance, quality, training, and assisting managers with daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Early Years qualification, 6+ years in Early Years, and proven leadership, including Ofsted experience. A driver is required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in multi-site settings.
• Experience preparing and leading Ofsted inspections.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Support 3 settings in compliance, quality and training.
• Assist managers with day-to-day running of the settings.

Based in the Chorley and surrounding areas, our client is seeking a senior manager to support 3 settings, covering all aspects of compliance, quality, training, and supporting the managers in the day to day running of the setting. Salary is c£40k depending on experience.

Requirements

• Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in early years, including 2 years’ in amanagement or team-leading role, and at least 1 year as supporting andleading across multiple settings
• Experience leading Ofsted inspections
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety practices
• Experience managing nursery teams, occupancy, and budgets
