Our Rushden Kiddi Caru Day Nursery, part of Grandir UK, is currently seeking a reliable Nursery Manager with Level 3 or above in Early Years to provide professional leadership and ensure the effective daily operation of the nursery.

Your responsibilities will include:

2. Ensuring children receive stimulating and age-appropriate experiences.
3. Managing administrative duties such as records, equipment, inventories, and personnel documentation.
4. Facilitating inspections by regulatory bodies and implementing recommendations.
5. Maintaining compliance with staffing qualifications and first aid certifications.
6. Achieving and managing occupancy targets.
7. Recruiting, inducting, supporting, training, and appraising staff to ensure high-quality childcare.
8. Fostering professional and friendly relationships with parents and carers.
