Job summary

Storal's Wragby Road Nursery in Lincoln is hiring a nursery practitioner to support children aged under 5. This role offers 25 hours per week with both full-time and part-time hours available, paid at £12.90–£13.30 per hour depending on experience. A £500 welcome incentive is offered to new starters.

You’ll plan activities, observe progress, and apply the Storal curriculum, working closely with families to promote learning in a warm, safe environment at 145 Wragby Road, LN2 4PL.

Qualifications

  • An Early Years qualification at Level 2/3
  • Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings
  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous

Responsibilities

  • You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children. Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily.
  • Whilst seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions. Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments.
  • You’ll also deliver high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.

Hours: Monday - Friday, Full Time and Part Time, 25 hours per week

With 28 years of experience in early years education and an NNEB qualification, I began my journey as a Nursery Nurse and have since had the privilege of working with children of all ages—from newborns upwards.

I’m incredibly proud to lead a passionate and dedicated team who go above and beyond each day to support every child’s growth, development, and happiness.
