Storal's Children 1st Syston Nursery School by Storal is seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner. You’ll plan activities, observe progress, and manage personal care for children, applying the Storal curriculum and our pedagogy daily.
You’ll work with all age groups in Early Years, contribute to a warm, nurturing environment, and engage families to support wellbeing and development. A Level 3 in Early Years is required, with opportunities for training and progression.

Salary - £13.30ph Monday and Friday Salary will depend on qualification and experience
Hours - Full time and part time hours, 24 hours over 3 days or 40 hours Monday to Friday working all year round
Qualification - Must hold a Level 3 or above in Childcare

You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children. Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily. Whilst seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions. Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments. You’ll also deliver high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.
You’ll be joining Syston Nursery team, who have an incredibly important job of supporting children’s development. You’ll be a key part of every child’s journey, keeping our children safe, loved and inspired through play-based learning. Our nurseries are warm and nurturing environments that not only support children to be ready for school but also equip them with all the life skills they need to flourish and succeed.
