Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager to join a nurturing childcare setting. You will support EYFS implementation, oversee planning and keep accurate records while building strong partnerships with parents and carers.

You will develop professional relationships with local authorities and other agencies, stay updated on childcare policies, and assist with nursery accounts. A caring leader with safeguarding knowledge will thrive here.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 childcare/education or equivalent.
• Experience managing a room or team within a nursery setting.
• Management qualification desirable but not essential.
• Current First Aid qualification.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Thorough knowledge of safeguarding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the EYFS.
• Oversee planning and record-keeping.
• Promote partnerships with parents and carers.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and other agencies.
• Stay updated with current developments in childcare and education policies.
• Assist with nursery accounts.
• Prepare for staff and parent meetings.

Qualifications
