Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager to join a nurturing childcare team dedicated to high-quality outcomes for children. You will support the Nursery Manager, lead a room, and help create engaging activities within a safe EYFS framework.

Qualifications

• Childcare and education qualification equivalent to NVQ level 3.
• Previous experience managing a room or team within a nursery setting.
• First Aid qualification is required.
• Sound understanding of the EYFS.
• Thorough knowledge of safeguarding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the EYFS.
• Oversee planning and record-keeping.
• Promote partnerships with parents and carers.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and other agencies.
• Stay updated with current developments in childcare and education policies.
• Assist with nursery accounts.
• Prepare for staff and parent meetings.
