Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager to join a busy early years setting in the UK. You will lead a dedicated room team and support the nursery manager to ensure high standards of care and education for young children.

You will implement the EYFS framework, oversee planning and records, and build strong partnerships with parents and carers. A First Aid certificate, EYFS knowledge, safeguarding expertise, and prior room management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in childcare or equivalent is required.
• Current First Aid qualification is required.
• Solid understanding of EYFS and safeguarding procedures is essential.
• Experience managing a room or team in a nursery setting.

Responsibilities
