Job summary

Flow Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager to join a supportive, child-centered nursery environment. You will lead a room or team, uphold EYFS standards, and work closely with parents to ensure exceptional outcomes for children.

You will oversee planning, maintain records, and support liaising with authorities, while also assisting with nursery accounts and coordinating staff and parent meetings.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in childcare or equivalent.
• Experience managing a room or team in a nursery setting.
• Current First Aid qualification.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
• Desirable: formal management qualification.
