Job summary

JEM Childcare Solutions' client in Leeds is seeking a multi-site Senior Nursery Manager who is passionate about Quality, Compliance and Curriculum across settings. The role covers more than eight nurseries, working alongside Area Managers and reporting to the Operations Director.

Salary is circa £55k plus travel across Leeds and surrounding areas. You will lead Ofsted readiness, EYFS principles, safeguarding and health & safety practices, and manage nursery teams, occupancy and budgets.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant).
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in early years, including 3 years’ in a management or team-leading role, and at least 1 year across multiple settings.
• Experience leading Ofsted inspections, Compliance, Training, Audits.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety practices.
• Experience managing nursery teams, occupancy, and budgets.
• Ability to manage own diary and workload.
• Deliver high-quality care and learning while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Are you looking for a new challenge and are a multi site experienced Senior Nursery Manager, our clients are looking for an experienced professional who is passionate about Quality, Compliance and Curriculum within Nursery Settings.
