Job summary

JEM Childcare Solutions Limited is seeking a Regional Support Manager to back multiple nurseries across Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire. You will work with the Operations Manager to support in nurseries, cover managers, and drive improvements while upholding EYFS standards and safeguarding.

Essentially, you will manage multi-site operations, guide teams, and contribute to outstanding care. A car driver is required, with a salary around £40k plus joining bonus, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant).
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in early years, including 2 years’ in a management or team-leading role, and at least 1 year as supporting and leading across multiple settings.
• Experience leading Ofsted inspections.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety practices.
• Experience managing nursery teams, occupancy, and budgets.
• Car Driver.

Responsibilities

• Support in nurseries within Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire as required alongside the Operations Manager.
• Cover managers in their absence and provide hands-on support in settings to drive improvements.
• Assist with operational improvements and maintain consistency across settings you support, ensuring compliance and quality.

Our clients are a growing provider and are looking for Regional Support Managers to support within the areas, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire.
