Job summary
Leaders in Care is seeking an experienced Complex Care Clinical Lead or Clinical Manager who has a commercial mindset to join as Clinical Business Development Manager. This role covers London and surrounding areas, combining clinical expertise with business development to secure referrals and mobilise complex care packages.
You must be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with complex care experience and the confidence to build relationships with commissioners, case managers and healthcare
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse with complex care experience.
- Experience in business development, referrals, commissioning or service growth.
- Experience with brain injury, spinal injury, tracheostomy, ventilation and other complex clinical needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with ICBs, commissioners, case managers and healthcare professionals.
- Identify and secure new complex care and CHC packages.
- Complete clinical assessments for prospective clients.
- Manage opportunities from referral through to proposal, contract and mobilisation.
- Support safe mobilisation of new complex care packages.
- Attend MDT meetings, commissioner reviews and client meetings.
- Develop pricing proposals and support tender opportunities.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business.
