Job summary

Leaders in Care is seeking a Clinical Business Development Manager to drive growth in London and surrounding areas. You will combine clinical expertise with business development, building relationships with commissioners, case managers and healthcare professionals to secure new referrals and complex care packages.

The role requires RN registration with complex care experience, a commercial mindset, and the ability to lead opportunities from referral through to mobilisation.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a strong background in complex care.
• Experience in business development, referrals, commissioning or service growth is essential.
• Ability to build relationships with commissioners, case managers and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with ICBs, commissioners, case managers and healthcare professionals.
• Identify and secure new complex care and CHC packages.
• Complete clinical assessments for prospective clients.
