Job summary

Leaders in Care is partnering with an established complex healthcare provider to recruit a Registered Manager for a community-based complex care service in Sussex, with expansion plans into Surrey. The role emphasizes paediatric complex care, quality, governance, and growth, involving operational leadership and CQC compliance.

You will lead Clinical Leads, Nurse Case Managers and Care Coordinators, securing referrals and developing care packages to support new business opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience leading a CQC-regulated community care or homecare service.
Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding and risk management.
Proven ability to grow a service through referrals, tenders or partnerships.

Responsibilities

Hold operational responsibility for the CQC-registered complex care service.
Lead day-to-day delivery of paediatric and adult complex care in the community.
Support Clinical Leads, Nurse Case Managers and Care Coordinators.
Maintain high standards across quality, governance and risk management.
Drive service growth through referrals, tenders and business development.
