Job summary
Leaders in Care London seeks an experienced Clinical Business Development Manager to drive growth in complex care packages. The role blends clinical expertise with business development, building relationships with commissioners, case managers and healthcare professionals to secure new referrals and mobilise services.
The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with complex care background, experience in referrals or service growth, and a full UK driving licence.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with complex care experience.
- Experience in business development, referrals or service growth.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with ICBs, commissioners, case managers and healthcare professionals.
- Identify and secure new complex care and CHC packages.
- Complete clinical assessments for prospective clients.
- Manage opportunities from referral through to proposal, contract and mobilisation.
- Support safe mobilisation of new complex care packages.
- Attend MDT meetings, commissioner reviews and client meetings.
- Develop pricing proposals and support tender opportunities.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business.
