Job summary

Leaders In Care Ltd. is seeking a Growth-focused Clinical Registered Manager to lead a CQC-registered complex care service in Sussex, with expansion into Surrey.

The role covers paediatric and adult complex care, clinical governance and business development, overseeing an established team and securing new referrals. The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with active NMC registration, strong management experience, and a commercial mindset to drive growth and service quality.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with active NMC registration.
• Experience in community complex care, including paediatric.
• Strong clinical leadership or management experience.
• Commercial awareness and ability to contribute to growth.
• Ability to build relationships with commissioners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Hold operational and managerial responsibility for the CQC-registered complex care service.
• Provide leadership across paediatric and adult complex care packages.
• Lead Clinical Leads, Nurse Case Managers and Care Coordinators.
• Maintain standards across governance, safeguarding, quality and CQC compliance.
• Drive service growth through new referrals, tenders and business development opportunities.
• Build relationships with NHS ICBs, commissioners, local authorities and other healthcare professionals.
• Support sustainable branch growth with Recruitment and Business Development teams.
