TipTopJob in Weymouth is seeking a committed Registered Nurse to join an exceptional nursing home in Chickerell. You will work in a general and dementia care setting, delivering high-quality care to elderly residents in a Good-rated facility.

You must hold an active NMC pin and be eligible to work in the UK. The role offers day and night shifts with a competitive rate of GBP 20 per hour and an annual salary up to GBP 49,920, with a range of benefits including a pension scheme and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
• Experience in a care setting preferred.
• Empathy, leadership and team skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assess residents' needs and priorities of care.
• Administer medication and treatments per NMC guidelines and policy.
• Ensure care plans are updated with residents, relatives and other professionals.
• Report ill health and arrange GP/professional visits when required.

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Chickerell, Weymouth area. You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providers

This nursing home specialises in general and dementia nursing, residential and respite care for the elderly. The home is currently rated as Good by CQC

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse Your Key Duties Include

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and companys medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill:health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• Ability to show empathy, understanding and experience of the needs of the client group
• Well:developed time management and leadership skills
• Able to show a can:do attitude always
• A good team player

Benefits

The successful Nurse will be offered an excellent salary of GBP20.00 per hour and the annual salary is up to GBP49,920 per annum.
