Euro London is seeking a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Specialist in Nottingham with a hybrid working pattern. The role offers a salary of £26,000 per year and entails managing customer orders, deliveries, and queries for key accounts in a B2B setting.

You will communicate with Danish, Norwegian or Swedish speakers and with English fluency, using strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Fluent in Danish, Norwegian or Swedish, alongside fluent English.
• Experience in customer service, order management or account support.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Mansioni

• Manage customer orders from processing to delivery.
• Keep customers updated on orders, shipments and delivery times.
• Handle customer queries, claims and returns.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
• Provide information on products, availability and promotions.
• Resolve delivery, pricing, shortage and order-related issues.
• Liaise with Credit, Planning, Logistics and other internal teams.
• Process credit notes in line with procedures.
• Identify problems and ensure they are resolved efficiently.
• Look for opportunities to improve processes and overall customer experience.
